Monday, March 2, 2009 – No Lion Here

March came in like a lion back east – heavy snow from Atlanta to Boston. On this corner here in Hollywood just low dark clouds, and a bit light rain now and then, the air thick and warm, and the usual faces on the corner.

This woman is on the west wall of the Villa Rosa, an odd, old apartment building at 7850 Sunset Boulevard, like in the movie Sunset Boulevard. On a dark day the place is a bit spooky.

On my corner, Howard Stern floats above the Laugh Factory. He's always been there.
