This jaundiced eye looks down on the Hollywood Walk of Fame from the façade at what used to be the Erotic Museum.  It closed.

Other faces on the boulevard…

Angelyne is hiding.  She was one of the candidates in the 2003 California recall election when we decided we needed a new governor. She finished 28th in a field of 135 candidates.  We got Arnold Schwarzenegger instead.  She was also a candidate for Hollywood City Council in 2002 – there would have been one of those if we had voted to secede from Los Angeles, but the vote failed. There's a bit more about her and a shot of her in her pink Corvette here.  She's famous for being famous.

If you don't get famous you end up with pigeons at the hotel for transients on Wilcox, the Mark Twain.

Most of these photographs were shot with a Nikon D70 - using lens (1) AF-S Nikkor 18-70 mm 1:35-4.5G ED, or (2) AF Nikkor 70-300mm telephoto, or after 5 June 2006, (3) AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor, 55-200 mm f/4-5.6G ED. They were modified for web posting using Adobe Photoshop 7.0. Earlier photography was done with a Sony Mavica digital still camera (MVC-FD-88) with built-in digital zoom.
