It's July. School is out. And the kids have abandoned their daily friends, who seem sad, alone in the quiet shadows. This is the mural at the Micheltorena Street Elementary School - 1511 Micheltorena Street – but the mural is at the back of the school, at the intersection of Sunset and Golden Gate – from February 2007 – Tommy Ruets, Jersey Joe and the students of Michel Torena, and sponsored by the Hollywood Arts Council
