Things change. In the alley behind the Jiffy Lube on the corner of Melrose and La Brea, the CBS-Crew cowboy mural that had been there for years is gone. The whole wall had been painted white and a new mural is in progress. This one is a warning. There's a racial storm coming. And it starts here in Los Angeles.
