Yep, greetings from Hollywood - this and that in bloom in my office
window, the courtyard just below, the pool...
And a second photo because I liked the geometry...
Cut back the rabbit's-foot fern on the balcony and these fiddleheads must mean it's spring out here...
Even the palm tree outside the kitchen window is in bloom, or what passes from "in bloom" with palms...

Apropos of nothing at all, Prince Albert a few years ago looking all golden and noble on a muggy June afternoon, across
the street from Royal Albert Hall in the middle of London, in the middle of England.
I have no idea why I took this picture. It seemed like a good idea at
the time. And I’m sure he was a fine fellow. He and Harriet would
understand each other. The poses match.

From last week's home page...
Spring in Hollywood and everything is quite green. This is
looking down the block toward Sunset Boulevard - at ten in the morning, and it is already in the mid-eighties... not a cloud
in the sky. Same old thing.
