Guest photography from Rochester, New York - an ice storm on Monday, January 15, and then Tuesday, once colder weather covered the fine ice with snow.   As the photographer notes - "We're scheduled to finally have this winter 'lock in' and daily flurries now for two weeks. So here's a report from Western New York, aka Ice-Land - Winter Finally Arrives."
