Raise your hand if you want a tour of Hollywood street life
This is the area just north of one of the world's most famous hot dog stands, Pink's where Orson Welles used to come by at least once a week, and once ate eighteen hot dogs on a single visit (he's dead), and where Bruce Willis proposed to Demi Moore (the marriage didn't last). This is North La Brea between Melrose and Willoughby, a slice of life out here.
A shot of a woman leaving the "99-Cents Only" store on La Brea at Willoughby
A matching shot of a red curb and a "No Trucks" sign
More pop culture residue, a Lava Lamp in an alley window
In the alley behind a Hebrew school on La Brea at Waring, a UFO
Just to the right of the UFO
Facing that cross, even more pop culture residue
Ah! A shark
No explanation
The local medical marijuana dispensary
Had enough?
