Monday, May 11, 2009 – Malibu Mist
On one of those days when it's absurdly sunny in Hollywood, and far too hot, a few miles away in Malibu the cold Pacific has generated a thick marine layer – there will be no sun there today. It's deadly quiet there, and it's cool – in all sorts of ways. These are the hills behind the Malibu Pier at noon.
