The women of the neighborhood now include the neon redhead. The Cuban restaurant at the bottom of the hill closed and is the new neighborhood ribs joint now, with this woman in the window. She seems to be Miss BBQ, or something. She faces the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute and its Marilyn Monroe Theater. It's that kind of neighborhood, where Marilyn Monroe studied method acting.
