A cloudy day in the city, the day after Jeff Beck wowed them at the El Rey (Rod Stewart dropped by to sing and Paul McCartney was in the audience) and a few days before the LA Grilled Cheese Invitational (really) – a time to find some peace in the gird. LACMA – the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, on Wilshire – will do just fine. The city is a grid, and it's geometric.
